What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?+
Basic gives you access to ALL car brands and ECUs with 5 free file edits per day and 4 bonus tokens. Advanced lets you choose specific brands (e.g. BMW, Jeep, Renault) but gives you 20 free edits per day, 8 bonus tokens, and bigger discounts on Custom Tune and Original Files.
How does the Selected plan work exactly?+
Selected has no subscription fee. You simply buy tokens and spend them on whatever you need. For example, editing one BIN file costs 2 tokens. You only pay for what you actually use — perfect for occasional tuners.
What happens when I hit my daily file limit on Basic or Advanced?+
Once your daily free edits are used up, additional edits cost tokens from your balance. Your token balance never expires, so unused tokens carry over.
Can I buy extra tokens on Basic or Advanced plans?+
Yes. Any plan can purchase additional tokens at any time. Basic users get 20% off Custom Tune token costs. Advanced users get 40% off Custom Tune and 30% off Original Files token costs.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch to Selected at any time. Contact support for plan changes.
